Our Story

Why we built Linqentora and what drives our approach to training.

Built Around a Simple Observation

French social protection is one of the most comprehensive systems in the world. It is also one of the most difficult to navigate without guidance. Workers lose out on rights they are entitled to simply because the mechanisms were never explained to them.

Linqentora was created to address that gap. Not by giving advice — that requires professional qualification — but by providing clear, structured training that helps people understand how the systems around them actually work.

The name comes from the idea of connection and entry: a point of access to knowledge that should be available to everyone who works.

Every worker in France contributes to a social protection system. Understanding what that system provides — and how to access it — is not a privilege. It is a basic right.

Our Approach to Training

Modular Structure

Each training module covers a single area of social protection in depth. Participants can focus on what is most relevant to their situation without sitting through content that does not apply to them.

Plain Language First

We write every piece of content with a non-specialist audience in mind. Technical terms are explained when used. Legal references are given context. Nothing is assumed.

Regular Updates

Social protection legislation changes. Our editorial process includes regular reviews tied to official publications and legislative updates, so content stays accurate.

What We Are and What We Are Not

What Linqentora Is

A training centre. We provide educational content explaining how French employment rights and social protection mechanisms function. Our content is informational, general, and designed for learning.

What Linqentora Is Not

A legal or social advisory service. We do not assess individual situations, recommend courses of action, or provide any form of personalised guidance. For specific situations, a qualified professional should always be consulted.
